We'd rather you keep your money than keep a course you don't love. Email us within 14 days and we'll send every cent back.
If AI Engineer isn't for you, email hello@ai-engineer.example within 14 days of purchase for a full refund — no questions asked.
When you're eligible
- Your purchase is less than 14 days old (we count from your receipt timestamp).
- You bought directly through our checkout — not via a third-party reseller or gift code.
- You're the original purchaser, or someone with access to the receipt email.
What we'll need from you
- The email address on your purchase receipt.
- Your Stripe order ID if you have it handy — totally optional, we can look it up.
- A one-line reason if you feel like sharing — optional, helps us improve the course.

Stripe returns the full amount to your original payment method. Bank timing is on their side, not ours.

The fine print
- After the 14-day window we can't issue a refund through our normal flow, but it never hurts to ask if something went wrong — write to us anyway.
- Refunds revoke lifetime access to all paid modules. Free modules stay free, of course.
- Currency conversion fees charged by your bank are outside our control; we refund the exact amount Stripe charged.
